I work where business and technology meet. As a Business Technology Analyst at Eitekh ERP Ltd., I study how processes run today, find the gaps and inefficiencies, and work with stakeholders to define what needs to change. I also administer Salesforce as a Certified Platform Administrator, handling configuration, user management and workflow automation so the system supports the way teams actually work.
My path into analysis started with building software. I studied Computer Science and Engineering at American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB) and began my career as a software developer intern, building projects with .NET MVC. I then spent a year and a half as a Data Artist, turning survey data into Excel dashboards, charts and presentations that helped clients make decisions.
At Data Edge Limited, as an Associate Application Analyst, I became the link between clients and developers: gathering requirements, writing BRDs, SRSs and FRSs, supporting testing and UAT, helping with deployments and training end users.
That mix of development, data and analysis shapes how I work. I can talk with business teams about their goals, translate them into specifications developers can build from, and check that the result really solves the problem.
I connect business needs with technical solutions on the Salesforce platform. I analyse existing business processes to find gaps and inefficiencies, gather and validate requirements with stakeholders, and turn them into working Salesforce configurations. As a Certified Platform Administrator, I handle configuration, user management and workflow automation, and I work closely with developers and cross-functional teams so that each solution fits the business goal.
I worked at one of Bangladesh's leading ICT system integration companies, starting as a Trainee Application Analyst and being promoted to Associate Application Analyst. I acted as the bridge between clients and the development team: gathering requirements, writing technical specifications, and supporting applications from deployment to live operation. I was involved from the start in a card management system and switching middleware project for a commercial bank.
At Catalyst Solution, part of Adiva Graphics and a multinational firm serving top market research companies in the USA and Canada, I turned raw survey data into clear, decision-ready visuals. I built Excel dashboards and charts, designed PowerPoint reports, and checked data accuracy through validation, quality checks and survey logic reviews.

Four-year undergraduate degree at American International University-Bangladesh that gave me a solid foundation in computer science. Coursework covered programming and data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, database systems, software engineering, computer networks and operating systems. Alongside the theory, I built several software projects, including desktop and web applications.
